Native Eyewear is a distributor of high end sunglasses and sport apparel. CTS developed an online application that fully automated Native's lifetime warranty fulfillment process, beginning with the consumer's ability to submit their warranty claim on-line and ultimately integrating with the backend business process of receiving returned sunglasses, fulfilling orders, managing payments, and generating reports.

Limited Edition Sunglass - Online Sales

This web application, which is integrated into the existing Native Eyewear web site, provides customers the ability to order Native's Limited Edition Silencer sunglass online. It was built upon the existing Warranty application and inventory management to provide a shopping cart for seamless credit card payments while integrating into the existing Consumer Profile for consumers to manage their orders and Warranty claims.
The backend process includes order processing and fulfillment, integrated pick list and shipping label printing capabilities, and reporting of the customer service and accounting functions.
