The Beam Group is an Executive Search Firm that targets the placement of six-figure salary job candidates to fortune 500 firms in the tri-state area. They were in need of a comprehensive resume tracking system that could provide them with the management capabilities to match the right candidate with the job openings available. The BeamRecruiting application allows for automated adding of candidate resumes with the click of a button. Recruiters can perform full Boolean searches on thousands of candidate resumes to efficiently find the right match for the job opportunity. A full candidate interview reporting module is integrated to allow for candidate feedback during and after the interview process. This system allowed the BeamGroup to use fewer resources to track and place candidates.
Context took the Beamgroup through our feedback process, which involves first identifying the client's needs and requirements for their custom software, then developing a beta version based on that initial conversation. We then presented the application to the client, and asked that they begin using it, but that they continue to take notes of changes and updates required to make the application fit their actual business process. After the initial trial, Context implemented the changes to provide the most useful, targeted solution for the Beamgroup's specific needs.
